A coupling reagent that has been used in synthesis of N-succinimidyl-4-[18F]fluorobenzoate for protein labeling,1,2 and preparation of thiol-reactive Cy5 derivatives from Cy5 succinimidyl ester for single molecular fluorescence microscopy.3 Starting material for synthesis of Uronium salts of polymeric N-hydroxysuccinimide as new solid-supported peptide coupling reagents.4
